Raise your hand if you’re ready for spring? Unfortunately in Michigan spring is a fickle friend that teases us with her 60 degrees days of sun then tortures us with her snow dusting. So while Mother Nature tries to decide what season it is I’ll be over here layering with pieces like this colorful scarf I picked up in Spain a few years ago and this trench coat from Olivia Palermo X Banana Republic. I love the trench because it’s petite friendly with the arm belt detail that makes it easy to scrunch up the sleeves. In Spain (and Europe in general) women wear these beautiful scarves that have multiple patterns and colors. I’m always so inspired by how they wear them and love the opportunity wear a colorful scarf. So while I wait for the weather to warm, I’ll gladly take advantage of the chance to wear these beautiful layers.
